1. How can I pay for my order?
We offer several payment methods. We accept payments by Paypal (even if you don't have an account, you can pay by credit or debit card with Paypal). We also accept card payments via Natwest Streamline Card Processing, Cheque, or by fax or telephone.

2. How can I pay if I don't want to pay over the internet?
If you select phone ordering you can call us with the card details, or we can call you for payment. Please add your phone number when placing the order or send a cheque via the post to the address below.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We despatch all standard UK orders first class post which at best takes 1 day but can take longer in some cases. We say please allow up to 5 working days for the order to arrive.

4. I would like a logo on my stamp - can you do this?
Yes we can add logos onto your stamp design, just add the file to your order. However, we do require you to supply the logo, and it needs to be in black and white at a resolution of 600dpi or greater and in one of the following file formats - bmp, jpg, pcx, pdf, doc, rtf, txt, ai, photoshop. If you are not sure the image you have is going to be suitable or the logo has colour in it please feel free to contact us for advice.

5. What fonts can I have on the stamp?
We can use any standard font you see on a windows pc. If you have your own font you would like to use, when ordering select "other" on the font drop menu and then email us to check if we already have that font available. If we don't, you will need to email the font file to us. Our email address is on your receipt that will be emailed to you when you have placed your order.

6. Can you give a discount for quantity orders?
Yes we can. We normally have special offers on the website, so the more you stamps you buy the more money you save. If your order is above £100.00 ex VAT please contact us for further discounts.

7. I cannot find the price of postage on your website?
Standard postage in the UK is free of charge, unless you need us to send it Recorded Delivery or on Next Day Signed For (Special Delivery) - you will find our charges for these two services on our Delivery page. International orders are charged at £8.50 per order and European orders (including Republic of Ireland) are £6.50 per order. Please allow up to 10 working days for receipt of your International order.

8. Can I design the stamp myself and email it to you?
Yes you can. We can handle most standard file types including:- bmp, jpg, pcx, pdf, doc, rtf, txt, ai, photoshop, just to name a few. If you are not sure please feel free to contact us for advice.

9. How do I know you will design the stamp the way I want?
Unfortunately we are not mind readers! We rely on the information you supply to us. You can request a proof to be emailed to you before we proceed to make your stamp but the best way if it is critical it is laid out to your design, is to put it on a word document and email it to us, we can then work from this layout.

10. The stamp is wrong - what can I do?
When we design the artwork to go onto the stamp we copy exactly what you put on the order, so if you put a lower case letter at the beginning of your name for instance we would copy it as you have specified it in your order. If the mistake is yours (ie you made an error when you told us what you wanted), please contact us as we can produce a replacement text plate at a much reduced cost (-10%) to correct the error. If the error is our fault we will supply a new text plate free of charge or give you a refund if you prefer.

11. Can you supply wholesale?
Yes we can, please feel free to contact us regarding a wholesale account.

12. You have cancelled my order, why?
If we think the stamp will be used for fraud then we will cancel your order, or we will usually contact you by email for further information before allowing the order to be produced. We have the right to pass any information to the local authority that may be connected to fraud.

13. Do you keep my information secure?
All information is kept encrypted and we do not release your personal details to third party companies.

14. Are you VAT registered?
Yes we are, are UK VAT number is 860 3753 24.

16. What are your opening times?
We do not have a shop but we are available from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday via telephone and email. We are closed at weekends and Bank Holidays. 

17. I have a stamp, but the information is incorrect or out of date. Can this be changed?
If your stamp is self inking then yes it can. As we manufacture text plates in house we can fully customize and size a new text plate to fit you're current stamp. We can supply replacement text plates for Colop, Trodat and Maxim (MaxStamp) stamps.

18. Do you supply to the NHS?
Yes we do and we have discounts in place for the NHS. This is 10% for items supplied to doctors, and 20% + for items supplied direct to hospitals. All we need to proceed on your order is a copy of an offical Purchase Order. Please feel free to contact us regarding NHS Discounts.
